CHORUS
This year the Chorus and Band Departments have been separated. Instead of the Spring Festival, the Chorus is giving an operetta called, "Bits o' Blarney." According to Mrs. Crabbe, the girls glee club has several numbers learned already. The mixed chorus have learned one or two numbers, and the soloists are working very hard.
Wednesday, February 1, the choralettes gave two special numbers at the "High School Night" at the E. U. B. Church in Tyner. They sang "I Got a Robe" and Climin' Up De Mountain," two Negro Spirituals. They are to give their full forty-minute program to the school next Wednesday , and they will go to Argos during the following week.

BAND PATRONS
The Band Patrons Club will hold their monthly meeting on Monday evening February 6, at 8 P.M. at the school house.
Financial aid given this club by the community is responsible for the uniforms the band now has, and the Band Patrons Club are deeply appreciative.
A Band Twirling Exhibition to be given by the Michiana Twirling Association is to be held in the Centennial Auditorium in Plymouth some time in March. It is sponsored by the Band Patrons. Plan to attend.
-- Wm. F. Amidon, Pres.

BAND NEWS
Three new uniforms are now being worn in the band as its membership has increased enough to necessitate their use at ball games.
Mr. Arlington plans to take the band to state contest this year on April 1. They are practicing the concert Overture in B Minor and other numbers for the contest. Good Luck, Kids.
