HAVE BEST ATTENDANCE
The fifth and sixth grades had the highest per cent attendance of the first six weeks. Their average was 99.05 per cent. The average per cent attendance for the high school was 96.035 and the grades, 98.71 per cent.

LUNCHES

The number of students eating in the school lunch room is increasing steadily. The week of October 2-6 the average was 120; the week of October 9-13, 135, and this week 138.
The Department of Agriculture sent us several cans of red pitted cherries to be used in our school lunches.
Mrs. Kaser has taken Mrs. Maxson's place as cook in the kitchen.

BAND PATRON'S FISH FRY

The fish fry that was held on Friday, October 13, was well attended and I wish to thank all the band parents who gave their time and work that made it the success it was.

SENIOR BAKE SALE

The senior Class are planning to have a Bake sale, Saturday, October 21, in Plymouth at the Floor Covering Shop.

The committees have been appointed and are busy making arrangements. donations from underclassmen and parents will be greatly appreciated.

YELL LEADERS ELECTED

Shirley Baughman, Joy Drake and Rose Marie Jones were elected yell leaders this year. Shirley and Rose Marie will wear red skirts and weskits and Joy will wear a white shirt and weskit with a red blouse.
On November 1 we will play Walkerton at Walkerton. Our first home game will be with West High on November 3rd.
