The men of the P.T.A. held their meeting January 16 with 36 present. An interesting talk audio-visual aids for schools was presented by Supt. of Schools, Mr. Schafer. He used several movies for explanation. A state (_____?) gave an explanatory and enlightening program on safety illustrated with slide projection pictures of various accidents.
Entertainment was furnished by a group of four boys - Deane Maxson, Ronnie Grenert, Arthur Birk, and Richard von Grabow, accompanist, (_____?)sang "I've Been Workin' On De Railroad", "Darktown Strutter's (_____?)", "Little Brown Jug", and ended by singing a novel arrangement of "Three Blind Mice", a (_____?). Richard also entertained with a piano solo, "Nola".
The next meeting was set on February 20 with the ladies to be present. After the meeting Mr. (_____?) and Mr. Robbins served coffee, donuts, and ice cream.

The Junior Class had a skating party at the Argos Roller Rink, January 30. Everyone had a good time.
We are happy to add another Junior to the basketball team. We think Louis Ecker is doing very good.

We are pleased to see in the dramatic magazine, Lagniappe, that our picture of our Junior play, Do Re Mi, has been selected to appear in their catalog.
The Seniors want to thank everyone who helped in the making of our Amateur Show a success. This semester we have Economics and Health. We are all learning many new practical ideas in the study of Economics. In health we are learning the different functions of the organs of the body.
