BAND
In Band we are getting ready for graduation and also for the summer program.
This summer we are going to have band on Thursday nights to prepare for the three parades that we are
going to march in. Since our wool uniforms are so hot, we are going to wear black trousers and white
shirts, and black culottes and white blouses this summer.

JUNIOR CLASS NEWS
THE FRESHMEN NEWS
Most of the Juniors are still trying to catch up on their sleep we lost at
the prom, and yet we find there is no time for sleep because our schedules are busier than ever.
At the beginning of this school year we had a junior paper drive and we decided to continue it hoping to have one more big one before school's out --so-- please save those papers!
The junior class skating party will be on May 21st, and everyone's invited. Just ask any Junior for a ticket and he will be glad to give you one. Won't you all come!
Well school's just about out now and no one is looking forward to its end any more than the Juniors, for next year, as you know, we'll walk the halls of Tyner High as sovereign Seniors.
Have a good summer and see you next year!

THE FRESHMEN NEWS
On May 13th, the Freshman had a Class Meeting
to inform the class that Jack Ross was having a hay ride in which the Freshman and their dates were invited
to attend.
The Biology class is studying about heredity and is collecting wild flowers which are to be pressed and put on paper. We have taken two field trips in which we were supposed to collect some of the flowers.
We wish Mr. Hans the best of luck in taking care of his baby boy.
We hope the Agriculture boys had a lot of fun on their trip.
