seniors
Well, graduation is here again,
So this little poem we will begin,
It's to the class whose seats we'll take,
As good a class, we're sure we'll make.

Dick Balke, and his old beat up car,
If he doesn't observe traffic
rules he'll not go very far.

Arthur Birk, and the way he brags,
If he doesn't watch out he'll
end up a stag.

Congratulations to Marlene Bottroff our salutatorian to be,
She has worked hard to get her degree.

Bud Campbell a hot rod wants to race,
He'd better stick to his Pontiac
and save his face.

Louis Ecker a swell farmer will make,
And Shirley the housework will undertake.

Betty Geist so dainty and petite,
A lonesome guy we're sure she'll meet.

John Goheen who's never been out of the state,
Our advice to him "It's never to late."

Ned Haag who likes to sleep,
Time to him is very cheap.

Waneta Haag with the long curly hair,
Of the farm she takes good care.

Claire Inman the Senior class president,
Of Chicago she would like to be a resident.

PREVIOUS
Charles curly headed and shy,
To Carole Holmquist he's a wonderful guy.

Goldie Johnson to whom the highest honor goes,
The career of a teacher she has chose.

Tom Keller whose pastime is to eat,
To (you know who) he can't be beat.

Bob Lowry who seems mute,
Would make a swell army recruit.

Marlyn Palmer that sophisticated charmer,
We'd laugh if she'd marry a farmer.

Esther Pontius so little and sweet,
In store for her we're sure there's a treat.

To Mary Rough we extend our thanks,
In the category of friendliness she certainly ranks.

Guilford Snyder's personality plus,
Over him there is much fuss.

Carol Stoneburner soon to be a June bride,
Will soon have Ronnie at her side.

Jimmy Waller who wants to give Notre Dame a try,
As a basketball and baseball player he's quite a guy.
